Espresso Inissia Espresso Maker vs DeLonghi Nespresso Pixie Espresso Maker

Hello and welcome if you’re new and if you’ve been here before welcome back! My name is Caitlyn and you’re listening to the best podcast in the world.

Okay so let me ask you a question. What is the most popular, most used machine in your kitchen? For some people it might be there fridge or their dishwater but for most, nope it’s their coffee machine! Believe it or not, coffee machines are one of the most popular appliances you can have in your kitchen and one of the most effective too for those Monday mornings. We all want the best quality coffee we can get and in order for that to happen, we need the best quality coffee maker, right? So I have done some research and have come up with 2 machines that are very popular and controversial with coffee lovers. They both do come from the same brand, Nespresso and even though they do have a lot of similarities, when compared closely with each other, there might be some differences that are make or break when choosing which coffee machine to buy.

The first coffee machine is the DeLonghi Nespresso Pixie Espresso Maker. Probably the best thing about this coffee machine is that it takes up an incredibly small amount of space and it looks quite nice too. It’s got a nice almost industrial feel to it. The second coffee machine is the Nespresso Inissia Espresso Maker which is a relatively new coffee machine made by Nespresso when compared to the Pixie anyway. But, since I don’t know much about coffee myself or coffee machines more specifically, I wanted to give you guys the best advice so I invited my twin sister Sarah to come share with us about her “love”(I call it an obsession) with coffee and their machines. So Hello Sarah!!

Sarah: Hello

Okay so as I just said Sarah absolutely loves coffee, so it’s only logical that she would know about coffee machines. So Sarah, Let’s start with asking you what coffee machine you have yourself.

Sarah: Yeah well I actually have the Pixie! Yeaaah. So I haven’t had it for long only about a month or so but from what I have seen and tasted so far, it’s very good for it’s small size and I quite enjoy the coffee it makes!

Okay thank you Sarah! So I heard that your last coffee maker was the Inissia which is really convenient since we’re comparing these two machines now. (hehehehe)

What would you have to say about the Inissia?

Sarah: I had that machine very recently; just before I got the Pixie and I would have to say that the Inissia was a lot more affordable and it basically made the same quality coffee as the Pixie machine does now. As well as the Pixie, the Inissia was really small and lightweight so that was a plus as well.

Wow that’s a really good point to make, the fact that you can get the same quality coffee but for less.

(sarah does little mhmm and yes’s etc)

And so if we were to compare these two products with each other, which one do you think would be the winner out of these two; The Nespresso Inissia Espresso Maker or The DeLonghi Nespresso Pixie Espresso Maker?

Sarah: Okay well that’s a tough decision when you consider all the pros and cons of each coffee machine and the fact that there are quite similar in a number of ways. But if I had to choose one, I would most likely choose the…Nespresso Inissia Espresso Maker solely based on its affordability and the fact that it makes the same quality if not better coffee than the Pixie.

All right well thank-you for coming on this podcast!

Sarah: Thank-you for having me!

Well there you have it coffee lovers Sarah, a coffee lover herself from her very own podcast the Sarah Show reveals the long war between these two machines are over, and Inissia has won. If you would like to check out some reviews or some features of this product then be sure to go to where you can browse thousands of coffee machines like these 3 and try and see if you can find one better than the Inissia.

But until next week, stay happy. 🙂
